Denver and Evan were able to make cars and participate in the pinewood derby today. Our Stake ran the event, racing individual wards separately and then racing the top 4 from each ward at the Stake level. Evan was a bit upset, at first, because his car was dead last coming down each of the four tracks (especially after doing so well last year).
Denver took 5th place at the ward level and was pleased with the results. 
Grant really enjoyed watching the cars race down the tracks.
Each of the boys from the ward received a goody bag for participating and some sort of award. Denver got an award for the best cheese car and Evan got an award for the coolest limousine.
