Shane had to work Thanksgiving day this year, so the kids and I went to my mom and dad's house for dinner. We enjoyed the tradition turkey dinner (and pies), and also spent some time with my parents, my sister, Debbie, and her family and my sister, Julie, and her husband. Shane was able to have a turkey dinner at work, but says that most of the food was not very good. At least he got to enjoy some of our yummy leftovers after work!!
The next day we got together with the rest of my family at my brother's house (minus Suzy and her family) and enjoyed a lot more food and fun! The kids also helped to make some paper ornaments to send to their cousin, Kyle, who is on a mission in Texas.
We really enjoyed 3 full days of visiting, eating and playing games! I love Thanksgiving!
